Monday Schedule
Yoga Class Schedule 1: "Energizing Morning Flow"
Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Description: Start your day with a gentle and invigorating flow to awaken your body and mind. This class will include grounding, meditation, energizing sun salutations, and rejuvenating relaxation techniques.
Yoga Class Schedule 2: "Midday Mindful Movement"
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Class Description: Take a midday break to focus on mindful movement, breath, ad restoration. This class will incorporate gentle stretches, fluid movement, and relaxation practices to bring balance to your day.
Yoga Class Schedule 3: "Evening Relaxation and Restoration"
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Description: Unwind and restore with a soothing evening practice. This class will feature deep stretching, restorative poses, and guided relaxation to help you release tension and find inner peace.
